Did anyone hear that Russert brat on the jobs bill?
Politics 101 should have taught him that teachers, policemen and firemen are part of the taxation/representation package. That differs significantly from 'special interests'.

ReTHUGS and GEM$NBC brats don't get to conceptualize terms to suit their agenda.

I really dislike that 'entitled' brat. :puke:

3. I suppose only the offspring of
privileged "pundits" get on the job training. His dad, as far as I see it, had no redeeming qualities. And yet, they left David Shuster out in the cold.

4. Nepotism is cute! Over the past few decades it's become so acceptable it's vile.
Edited on Tue Aug-10-10 09:14 AM by YOY
Everyone from Cheney's/Bush's kids to Chelsea Clinton and Biden's kids seems to get in near the top level.

The rest of us rely on connections or that "bootstrap" shit to get a foot in the door that is usually bottom of the rung or sometimes middle from the start. Usually we have a tough time with mobility.

I do not find Nepotism cute. It is not.

5. Thank you for an excellent post.
Its acceptance, and proliferation, are completely vile.

6. Tim's funeral was used as a promotion for Luke
And I lost much respect for the entire NBC news set, Keith included, for the fawning and the endless blather and then for pushing the nepotism. That funeral was a chilling thing, and the eager grabbing of his father's earned place distrubing.

14. I found KO's slobbering over him to be quite puzzling...
..especially as Timmah was such a softball pitcher and wouldn't have known what to do with a spine even if he had one..Coming from KO who at the time was just about the only voice raging against the storm was very strange indeed..

13. Ironic he is commenting on a 'Jobs' bill when he has never had a 'Real' job in his life.
I doubt he has ever had to decide between rent, bills, groceries or medications in a month when you only have money for one of those options. I hate entitled rich kids. Becoming a corporate shill straight out of college is not a real world job. It's an inside the Beltway blowjob for the Russert family.

Luke, go fuck yourself.
