The White House: The AMATEUR LEFT !
If you haven't watched Keith Olbermann tonight, you DO NOT HAVE an opinion about what the last 19 months have shown us.

Such arrogance from the White House.......and so little commitment to progressive agenda's.

Talk me down.....tell me how Obama's White House could have done less than bow to Republican Health Care demands, and how the most we could have gotten out of the White House was promises to reward health insurance and drug companies, with little or no restrictions, and lots of profits.

Obama should have declared Health Insurance for profit Constitutionally illegal from Jan 20, 2008, onward.

6. The issue isn't what McCain would and wouldn't have done.
That's the same old false dichotomy the White House is hoping the people accept.

It's what Obama has and hasn't done.

Do you understand. The point isn't what a Republican would have done but can't, it's what a Democrat should be doing and isn't.

13. No, the problem is what the Democrats have done that hasn't been
acknowledged by the thick-headed hacks that know only how to disavow this admin instead of how to acknowledge what the positives are and constructively criticize the negatives.

I have no problem with criticism, but for crying out loud, to be on DU, this prez is junk, and that just isn't true.

31. To this administration, there is no such thing as "constructive criticism"
Any questioning of their policies or decisions comes with a heavy price for the person who chooses to speak out.

15. And that Democrat has told us several times to hold him responsible
But every time we try, people attack us, call us names, and now suggest we are chemically impaired.

They aren't even listening to what Obama told us to do. When ever we do as he asked, they bring up McCain or Palin. It's pretty weird.

21. Chemically impaired? Please. That's a line you folks are using
way too often.

Gibbs said those who compared Bush to Obama must be on drugs. It was a throwaway line, but I guess not; it's gotten a lot of mileage.

why do you think they selected Palin to be McCain's running mate, to guarantee a loss (a shaky bet in the end); the moneyed power brokers wanted Obama, don't you see that yet?

14. Once again: opposition to right wing policy does not mean that we would have
preferred a right wing candidate. It's like insisting that all vegans who don't want a cheese pizza would really prefer a cheeseburger.

16. Go away yourself, if THAT is what you think young people of America deserve from a
President.

I was alive with Truman and Roosevelt

You want to fuck with MY view of "porgressive"?

Like I would EVER vote for Palin, that's all you got?

Try to study the issues, it's no longer 2008, it's 2010....Obama has NOT DELIVERED, get that through your skull, ok?

aside from a few websites, no one is raking in the bucks as a professional leftie. Contrats that with the right where even a third stringer makes over 100k per year.

4. A President can't declare anything "constitutionally illegal."
Only the Supreme Court can do that -- Civics 101. We've got this separation of powers thing going, and as much as we'd like the President to just DO stuff, most of the time he can't. Congress has to pass laws; the SUpreme Court rules on their constitutionality, and the President can only veto them. Bush tried to ignore the other branches of government, and we didn't like it and we complained that he was disregarding the Constitution (which he was). And if our guy does it, it's still bad. I don't want Obama to be a "unitary executive" like Bush wanted to be, just because he's a Democrat.

a stupid strawman that never stood up on its own (McCain wouldn't have been any better), and an ad hominem attack.
I'm starting to think the hardcore supporters don't actually HAVE an argument.
