1. If his boss disagrees with what he said he should come out and say so |
|
Obama's silence on the matter speaks volumes. If Gibbs wasn't on the same page with the POTUS you can be sure that he would not be the spokesperson for the POTUS. It's that simple.

staff say stuff is getting kind of old. He doesn't want his fingerprints on this yet won't say he disagrees with them either. No courage at all.

16. Even if this was over the top for Obama, he would not fire him immediately |
|
Wash DC operation would be to wait until things calmed down and then he would move back to the private or academic sectors.

6. No, because Obama feels exactly the same way. |
|
Gibbs is reflecting Obama's thoughts, so I would not say that he should resign. Obama's been completely silent on the issue so there is no other conclusion to draw.

|
He's a sorry press secretary. Always has been. Free lances too much. Likes to hear himself talk, ramble, blah, blah, blah .... I had more respect for Tony Snow ....(even tho' I didn't like his politics)

His complete contempt for anything worthy of being called Democratic was evident enough in his December 2003 slander campaign against the only candidate who would have beaten that fucking unelected Chimp.

His role is to communicate officially sanctioned Administration views and policies.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

He speaks for the president. He has a pure, totally Democratic history. He has shown he only wants the very best for America. He is a swell guy.
Ask Howard Dean. He'll tell you what a swell guy Gibbs is.
