The White House, Congress (all of them) and the Press Secretary are far more addled on Pharmaceutical Booty than any of my leftie friends will ever be.

And DC is also addicted to and flying high on War Booty, Big Ag Booty, Oil Booty, Prison Booty and every other kind of Booty not in our nation's best short or long-term interests.

If we want to talk about being "under the influence" and all...

How bout some "ethics, morality and integrity testing" while we've got the lab hired?
