The Corporate Cabal controlling the World Entertainment Industry sends out impersonators as called for by the script.

The Rush Limbaugh in this photo is an impersonator too. The real Rush Limbaugh lives in a fortified bunker deep within a Missouri cavern and looks a lot like a giant botfly or a very pale version of Jabba the Hutt.
