What district in Georgia was it where all those people were standing in line for public housing
applications?

I heard Georgia but not the city or the district.

4. In Atlanta?
Per the Atlanta Journal Constitution, it was the Tri-Cities Plaza in East Point.

5. It was in East Point which is part of the GA 5 district
which, depending on the recent whims of the good ol' boys in the Statehouse, is the district I vote in.

7. I get whiplash from the district line changes.
One day we woke up and John Lewis was our Congressman.

8. Which, on one view, is great news to wake up to.
It's much better than waking up to find out that this stoner is your Congressional Rep. But the feeling that your liberal vote may have been gerrymandered in with others in order to weaken Democratic chances in other districts isn't a good feeling or good news to wake up to, even if you happen to get the ideal Congressman from the redistricting.

6. East Point Georgia.
The applications were supposed to be valid all over the city of Atlanta.

9. Haven't lived in Atlanta for years but had
no idea the situation was that bad. I could not believe my eyes. That was one of the saddest things I have seen.
