Per the Atlanta Journal Constitution, it was the Tri-Cities Plaza in East Point.

which, depending on the recent whims of the good ol' boys in the Statehouse, is the district I vote in.

It's much better than waking up to find out that this stoner is your Congressional Rep. But the feeling that your liberal vote may have been gerrymandered in with others in order to weaken Democratic chances in other districts isn't a good feeling or good news to wake up to, even if you happen to get the ideal Congressman from the redistricting.

The applications were supposed to be valid all over the city of Atlanta.

9. Haven't lived in Atlanta for years but had

no idea the situation was that bad. I could not believe my eyes. That was one of the saddest things I have seen.
