You're mad at Obama, right?
So, how are you going to get him to do something about it?

You still have time.

9. Plan for what? And I am not Stan.
And I don't even agree with getting even, unless you mean back to even from being up.

3. How exactly?
I am not so much mad as I am disappointed. How would one go about doing something about it?

7. I'm not really mad, my dear MrScorpio...
More disappointed.

I'll still vote for him. I'm not going to work for him, or give him money or time, the way I did last time.

That is, cave to the left. He's an expert spelunker when it comes to the right.

10. Im wondering how many of 15 million unemployed could be convinced to converge
on, say, Interstate 40.

Say for about a week. Big Block party. With signs - something like "We want a jobs program now".

The logistics of food, water, and bathrooms would be a little tough, but it sure would be fun...and photogenic.

13. Disgusted is a better word.
And when I get disgusted, I bitch. So let me bitch. Okay, Scorp?

I can't write my Congressman and complain because his ass is a fucking flea-bitten BlueDog. And I've got two fucking Repuke Senators and we all just dodged a bullet not getting Basil Marceaux as the fucking governor!

- Moving might help, but I don't have an up-to-date passport. So Arizona's out.

21. Not close at all.
But for a while we couldn't know that. Especially after seeing some of the nutcases who have won races in other states. Like Ran Paul who is just a hop, skip and a jump away.

than Jessie Ventura & was certainly more entertaining than the other candidates.

Besides, I was having a great time with my coworkers in Nashville about that - and the candidate who want to be seccession on the table. Several of them are thinking of moving north.

22. Well Jesse had the excuse.....
...of having been a Navy Seal which no doubt took a few brain cells. And even phony wrasslers get hit in the head quite a lot from what I've seen.

- Basil on the other hand, well let's just say that his elevator didn't go all the way to the top and leave it at that......

17. I'm a far leftist and I'm pleasantly surprised so far in his presidency
because I've always seen him as right of center and didn't expect much and he's actually done a lot and hasn't made things worse even if he hasn't made some of them any better.

What I am furious about is the infestation of his White House with DLC dead wood like Gibbs and Emanuel and corrupt Golden Sacks drones like Summers and Geithner. He could do a lot better and should have, although I'm sure the plan was to co opt them instead of letting them run things.

19. I'm not mad...
I disagree with some things, a little disappointed in others. Wish he'd started with single payer HC and gotten a public option out of it (I knew single payer wasn't going to happen...yet). Wish DADT would move faster and a few other things.

But I'm not mad. I'll still do what I can to get Dems elected. Without a majority ain't shit gonna get done. And that's not a road I want to go down.

20. I'm sure glad DU wasn't around during the Clinton administration
because Clinton sold out his base a hundred times worse and more often than Obama has.

Not that I'm thrilled with Obama lately, but I'm trying to keep it all in perspective.

I think the man is getting some rotten advice that causes him to crap on his most loyal supporters. I'm hoping he wakes up and repairs that problem.

23. No, no I'm not mad at Obama.
That would require me to have thought him some kind of superman, which I didn't. Instead, I reserve my anger and revulsion and disgust for those who obstruct, deceive, thwart, manipulate, connive and otherwise conspire to keep the President from moving the country forward. And I'm not going to be done being livid with them any time soon. No need to waste a perfectly good mad anywhere else.
