And so far he's given us back somewhere around 53 cents in change (your numbers might vary).

He still has over two years left in his term, so I'm not giving up hope that we'll never recover some or most of that balance.

So how can we assist in getting the other 47 cents that Robert Gibbs and Rahm Emmanuel seem to be clenching onto, President Obama?
