Knowing full well cloture will be voted down, and even if the bill came to a vote she'd vote no anyway. She's not exactly taking a stand here.

To be fair I don't think any of the major candidates would vote yes on the Feingold bill. Kucinich obviously would, and Gravel, but that's about it. I just wish she wouldn't make a public statement that PRETENDS to take a stance when in reality it doesn't. It smacks of pandering.
