We're killing the planet while turning the US into a third world kleptocracy!
Yaaaayyy!!!!

I just thought I'd post this because people here love to cheer and "K&R!" depiction and prediction of unrelenting worse-case unmitigated disaster.

Remember, all good news is propaganda. Anyone saying things aren't as bad as total calamity are shills or dupes. If it isn't hyperbolic pessimism, it isn't true.

No hope will be accepted. No silver linings allowed. Not only is everything bad, it's worse than EVEN YOU think, you naive fool!

Carry on.

2. Stop that!
That almost sounds hopeful, like something could be done about something.

3. Wake up!

After a tax revolt and war, the US was founded on the stolen lands of the millions of murdered Native Indians, then slaves were imported to develop the land.

It kinda set the precedent.

There were ups and downs between then and now.

Nothing new.

4. We're not killing the planet, it will be here long after we're gone.
We just may be the first species that perfected self-extinction.

5. I won't settle for anything less...
...than the total annihilation of the last deep-rock dwelling bacterium.

9. Still seems a bit subdued.
I'm not getting the feeling of full commitment to absolute and total annihilation there.
