8. How do you explain the facts |
|
Every country with socialized medicine has both a longer lifespan and measure higher in quality of life to the end than we do.
and
Both lifespan and quality of life has grown exponentially since Medicare was created for the elderly and as it's expanded to the disabled.
Medicare's success is nothing short of miraculous. It is one of the many proofs that Government CAN do it right. - Perfect? No - adjustments will ALWAYS be needed as the world changes

11. I would much rather stay on my company plan, |
|
no premiums, pay 10% up to a maximum of $1000 per year, $15 co-pay for doctors and $40 for ER. Many doctors won't even accept Medicare patients because Medicare doesn't pay them. You must pay 20% of of your bills or buy a supplemental insurance. Of course it would be nice to have if you had to pay premiums for private insurance.

9. Until we have real health care for all |
|
and insurance isn't a necessary part of it, sucking our money into private hands instead of spending it on actual health care!
