How to handle Republic passive aggressive behavior
Edited on Mon Aug-16-10 05:30 PM by Gman
No one plays the victim better than Republics and the RW. Mention anything about white people and they are so offended. Mention anything about Christianity and they say they're persecuted. This is nothing short of passive aggressive which is intended to mess with you. Here's how to handle it:

Step 1 Remain calm in the presence of a passive aggressive person no matter what happens. Seeing you disturbed and distraught reinforces the behavior.

Step 2 Stop feeling guilty for the passive aggressive person's behavior. The passive aggressive person may try to make you feel guilty, but you need to remember that this person is responsible for his own interactions with others.

2. That article is written in a boss worker relationship format.
There is an assumed authority in that article.

Actually both the person doing something, and the person interacting with that person are responsible for outcomes of interactions, other wise it is not an interaction.

That statement seems wrong. And many times guilt can try to help a person think on actions, although once the thoughts are clear the guilt is not needed, hence forgiveness, although some think getting rid of conscious is the way to get rid of guilt.

3. They are good aren't they... Today Rush claimed they are eating a shit sandwich
right before he climbed into his Rolls and drove to his Cigar/Martini Bar to have drinks with the boys and then head home to his multi-million dollar mansion and new younger wife to take some Viagra and hopefully manage to get it up.
