The President's Oath.....
He does not take an oath to defend the "hallowed ground" as perceived by Newt Gingrich and the right-wingers. He does not take an oath to prevent certain American citizens from buying property and turning it into a religious building. He does not take an oath that he will do what 70% of Americans want him to do.

He takes an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. Just who are these domestic "enemies" of the Constitution? Hint: They are not Islamic.

2. Can we get a specific? What action (by Obama) do you oppose? Are you sure that
you are not simply opposed to the man himself?

Muslims First Amendment right to religious freedom.

See, Obama didn't take an oath to do what the 70% screamers want him to do, which is to say the Muslims shouldn't be able to build that mosque (which is actually a cultural center anyway). Nor did he take an oath to protect people from being upset. His oath was to defend the Constitution, and according to the Constituion, the Muslims have a right to build that community center, even if it has a room in it for worship.

5. I'm sorry you misunderstood my point..
 He takes an oath to defend the Constitution. He does not take an oath to defend the country.
