Why should we expect anyone in Washington do anything at all to help working people.

1. I figured this out ages ago.
The plan is to use American capital to put people around the world to work at minimal wages so they can say they do the work Americans don't want to do.

3. Actually I'm pretty sure they wanted as many Americans to become investors as possible.
But you have to figure out how to get your capital on your own.

Pension plans understand this.

4. Oh I think the rich want to be invested in the Bric countries because the growth rates are much
higher in the emerging economies. You know what that means? It means they need to get rid of slow growing stocks like American stocks. You know who was supposed to buy all those american stocks the rich are getting rid of? Why all the people who were going to put their social security in the market. Bush failed in SS reform so that didn't happen. But I'm sure the rich still want the middle class to step up and invest in American stocks so they can get rid of their american stocks at a good price.

6. I've never seen a plan with choices that had no international option.
It's pretty much standard.
