3. We're shoving "democracy" down the throats of the people who live in those countries,
whether they want it or not.

We made corporations incredibly rich with no-bid contracts.

G.W. got to be a war Prezident.

Bush and Cheney got to walk around acting like they could still get stiffies...big men, all that destruction and fire power in the Middle East...better than sex.

Oh, and G.W. got even for Daddie Bush, finally got that Saddam after the elder idiot didn't get him during Desert Storm.

See? Not all bad. :eyes: :(

fomenting of hate of America around the world;
many, many deaths;
destruction of much of the legacy of seven millenia of human civilization;
enhanced the regional power of Iran;
failure to follow up initial ousting of Taliban in Afghanistan with nation building;

We gave Afghanistan the chance to stay a lawless state for 5 more years.

We gave Republicans excuses to be stupid, because they looked like patriots. (We are ALL patriots but Republicans are just the stupid ones).

12. Halliburton is saved to continue paying Dick Cheney's pension
Sure, it sucks if you or a loved one was a casualty of the War for Cheney's Pension, but think how much more comfortable the entire Cheney family is, and how much less they have to worry now that Halliburton is again restored to solvency.

19. We accomplished next to nothing in Iraq
But we did feed Bush's ego. OK, Saddam Hussein and his even worse sons are gone. But we did not need to invade for that.

But we already knew that going in.
