Watching the HBO documentary 12th and Delaware.
It's about an anti-abortion facility that opened across the street from a clinic. This woman was 'counseling' a 24 year old woman who already had 2 kids and said her boyfriend was verbally abusive. Her advice was "For all you know the baby changes him".

WTF?

1. And it is this mindset that keeps up in this sstupid debate.
I say "stay out of my private medical decisions." That is my answer to the forced-birth crowd.

3. For the life of me I couldn't understand why the clinic didn't
put a huge sign saying we perform abortions here in their yard. It would have ended the ability of the fake clinic to pull in people. the documentary was great though.

5. I saw it! And I know exactly the scene you're talking about.
I particularly liked it when the women told her "The only thing i regret is not wearing a condom." The fundie's response and ensuring exchange was classic.

However, that is by far not the most troubling thing in the movie. While the woman in question had a strong head on her shoulders (I love the scene in general) they're able to take advantage of some people. Plus, that one guy who follows the doctors in his car, that just made me feel sick.

7. I saw that. It was disgusting!!!
The woman at the end who had six kids and she was going in to the clinic to get an abortion -- they were promising her free rent, food, clothes... it is infuriating. Lying to women about how far along they were!!
