So you are coming to the 8/28 Glenn Beck March on Washington? - visitors guide...
This is rich! I've lived in DC for about 6 months now, and I will admit, there are challenges, but this dude is CRAZY! I hope all the teabaggers follow his advise because they will not be anywhere near my neighborhood where the housing averages 3/4 of a million dollars. Not sure what they charge at his trailer park back home. During one of the last teabgger events here, I saw a girl no older than 15 walking around the H&M in a t-shirt with a confederate flag that said "if you are offended, you don't know your history"...no one batted an eye.

some highlights include:

Safety and Mores
As a rule, African immigrants do not like for you to assume they are African Americans

If you are on the subway stay on the Red line between Union Station and Shady Grove, Maryland. If you are on the Blue or Orange line do not go past Eastern Market (Capitol Hill) toward the Potomac Avenue stop and beyond; stay in NW DC and points in Virginia. Do not use the Green line or the Yellow line.

Nancy Pelosi's condo

Harry Reid's condo

1. Basically, saying with out saying it to stay away from where the
black people are in DC....Also, wouldn't using the Metro be considered Socialist? Shouldn't they support the free market and take cabs everywhere?

I am glad I will be out of town this weekend...

5. Where? My dad is coming for a visit and he wants crab!
Hilarious about staying away from black people part.

I'm black and work near the Mall. At the last *very, very small* Tea Bag rally, I was walking home on 7th and there was this redneck with a George Washington wig on, holding a sign with Obama with a bone through his nose that read: Don't Tread on Me, Say No to Obamacare.

When I walked by him with him holding that sign, I just glared at him and didn't say a word.

His white ass turned blue-green and I'm sure that he must've have shitted his pant.

Yeah, I'd like for the Tea Baggers to come to Southeast with their racist signs, talking that bullshit Nazi-socialist crap. I'd like for them to come to Prince George's County holding signs like that and talk bullshit. Let's see how far they get on Minnesota Ave.

8. Captain Pell's Fairfax Crab House
http://www.captainpell.com/

Prices have gone up since I was there last, but it's a great place for Maryland Blue Crab. You can google it for reviews.

The teabaggers' phobias are hilarious--I hope you have a chance to run into some of them again. And some of them are bound to get lost and find themselves among *gasp* black people.

I'm still furious that they're doing Beck's "I Have a Scheme" event at the Lincoln Memorial on that day.

9. Thanks so much! I'll pass that along. I'm embarrased at my typos in the past post...
But yes, because I tend to walk home and near the Mall and Capitol, I'm always confronted with protests and rallys.

It hurts my heart that Beck is getting away with this. Why isn't the mainstream, Corporate Media, hold him accountable?

Imagine if it were Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson or Cindy Sheehan? It wouldn't be tolerated.

10. I did a spit-take when I saw the map!
I guess they think almost all of D.C. is a war zone. Even the National Cathedral and the National Zoo are in the danger zone, LOL!
