It wasn't always overnight. It was always fast, though. Never more than three days.

I've been buying a pair of shoes for my b'day since 08. I find most of their items rather pricey, but I do like the free shipping on every item whether it's receiving or sending something back. But you do have to go to a UPS office for returns.

I've never paid any shipping.
