Granted, he said he wasn't in the middle of the mess downtown over the weekend. But he said he was representing a faction of the 9/11 families and then wouldn't be clear about their objectives when Tweety grilled him over how far the community center should be built from where the Towers stood. I concluded that he didn't have the nerve to say that it shouldn't be built at all. But that's only my subjective take.

Having grown up in NYC I wanted to jump up and cheer when she identified herself and then proceeded to state her opinion. She laid it right on the line. I like people like that who don't mess around.
