Hard Partying Republicans

Has anyone from DU heard about these incidents? Jim Hightower did a commentary on his website in which he discussed how John Boehner has been trying to get some of his Republican colleagues to stop partying with female lobbyists. I have not seen any of this discussed in the mainstream television media.

1. Although I am not a Republican, but the point there is if they are doing those things

there is a view that it is in exchange for votes, or to get smear evidence.

The problem in that situation is that it can hurt the concept of people representing the people they wanted to represent. Unless that is not why they wanted those jobs, which would go against oath of office they took.

Another reason I just want to drink beer and party. Not going to be a role model, or be a representative in something like government or private sector. Although I still have a check due to me, so somebody should fix that.
