A reporter just called the General Election for the GOP months before the election has taken place. She is assigned the Primary night coverage of the race in AZ CD3 where 10 GOPers are vying to replace John Shadegg who has stepped down. She advised her viewers to play close attention to whomever came out of this primary as they would be the new congressman in November as CD3 is a "solid GOP district".
There is a very well funded Democrat Jon Hulbert running against whoever the GOP nominee should be. He has done very well in the polling and has raised more money than any of the GOP. This race is considered a "tossup" by several national pollsters. This is an outrageous statement to make on a Primary Election nigh or for an alleged "impartial reporter" to make at anytime. Please call and protest at their newsroom. The number is 602-650-0711. Demand both an on air apology and air time for Jon. BTW Sarah Budason is the reporter's name!

13. I also watched the primary election coverage on Channel 5 |
|
I don't know if it was the same reporter, but they did the same thing with the Senate race - McCain being the assumptive winner of the general election. Our local media is disgusting.

14. Did you listen to KJZZ's NPR election coverage? It was like |
|
a commercial for republicans, not a single democrat or independent was interviewed. Only the republican victors. They spewed horse shit republican talking points from the radio all over my tool box out side. calling elections, talking shit on air about liberal and independent candidates. It was disgusting. not a single democratic point of view mentioned or defended against this chick commentator, with some jake law firm in Scottsdale. She was obviously working for the Reps, constantly churning out talking points and crap. LAME KJZZ. LAME.
