1. Kendrick Meek needs ALL Democrats' support now.

The Crist crap has to end, and end now. We know Crist's support is going to collapse, real independent candidates always do in the fall(Lieberman was a GOP stalking horse in '06).

Kendrick Meek is the one hope now of saving Florida from that fascist scumbag Rubio.

And other than seeing the players on limited interviews, I don't have much knowledge of their positions. (Know a lot more about Crist)

Anyway, if someone was part of the Republican establishment as recently as a few years ago, I can safely comment THAT HE/SHE IS A FUCKING ASSHOLE!

If any person was a Republican on 9/11 and remained a Republican then they are shit! If a person was a Republican after the first term on GWB, then they are a steaming pile of shit!

5. Kendrick Meek calls win 'a victory for everyday people '

"Congressman Kendrick Meek started his victory lap Wednesday morning in Hollywood at the hotel where he celebrated his U.S. Senate primary victory over billionaire Jeff Greene Tuesday night.

"It's a victory for everyday people in the state of Florida," Meek said.

The Democrat said he received calls from President Bill Clinton and President Barack Obama and that Vice President Joe Biden tried to reach him.

"I'm definitely going to return that call," Meek said.

Overlooked and underestimated on the campaign trail for nearly two years, Meek on Tuesday easily beat back a profligate challenge from real estate mogul Greene to run away with the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate.

Meek, 43, is the first black Senate nominee from Florida and the only major black Senate candidate nationwide. If elected, he stands to become the Senate's lone African American."
