Teabagger Joe Miller leads in Alaska GOP primary
Palin's fingers crossed as Joe Miller leads in Alaska GOP primary

Miller, backed by the state's former governor, is beating Lisa Murkowski with 438 precincts reporting.
If Miller's lead holds, Murkowski would be the third incumbent senator whose reelection effort ends at the primary.

WASHINGTON — Sarah Palin's biggest political victory this year could come in her home state, where her endorsed
candidate for Senate holds a surprising lead over incumbent Lisa Murkowski in the Alaska Republican Senate primary.

On Twitter, Palin called it a potential "miracle on ice."

"Keeping fingers crossed, powder dry, prayers upward," she wrote online.

Great we can pick up a senate seat .... Thanx teabaggers.

1. Good for him
the corruption of the Murkowski political family is legendary, if he wins he's doing us all a big favor

4. It's not her first and it's not her win
I really don't think Palin is anywhere near as consequential as she is made out to be. She really doesn't have that much influence.

I could run around the country too and endorse candidates, but that doesn't mean I had a thing to do with it when they win.
