I am not going to issue my opinion one way or another on the death of Mr. Falwell...

However, I hope who choose to participate by taking the various bait posted on here do understand that the vitriol in your posts provide excellent fodder to the hard-right bloggers. I can certainly see the posts now: "Democrats Underground Imploding over Falwell's Death"... "Libruls Eatin' There Own at DU!"... "DUmmy Massacre in Progress!! LOLOLOLS!!!"

I strongly urge caution if some of you wish to continue posting nasty comments (in either direction on the matter) lest we make asses of ourselves. Granted, we have nothing to prove to anybody, but tact is certainly a virtue.

about Falwell. He said on his radio show yesterday that Democrat Underground was one of the worst liberal blogs. He also said that the posts were vile and disgusting. So he has plenty of fodder.
