Senate votes today suggest a stalemate in Iraq funding
There does not seem to be any consensus available

Pull out Deadline will not fly
Benchmarks with Teeth will not fly
Full funding with no Benchmark will not fly.

Most likely out come will be benchmarks with teeth but only settled in conference. Bsh is going to have no choice but to sign it.

1. why pass a funding increase at all? pretty much solves the problem
then pass funding to cover the trip home
