1. Betcha fitty bucks it's already in use at Mexcan border crossings
I often wondered how they so easily find people and drugs hidden inside the bodies of tricks and vans. I think I see clearly now.

As for your final question, I don't know how long it will take but I believe it's inevitable and will not stop with money and drugs.

The supreme court ruled that they can't use thermal imaging to look in to houses to see heat signatures (like from growing pot) without a warrant. This should be the same sort of thing. That's a "should" not a "will."
