Let is say the Republicans are somewhat successful in November |
|
Let is say that they do not "retake" either chamber of Congress but that their numbers increase in both - improbably I know, but let's just say so for the sake of argument. Considering the gridlock we've seen with their limited presence during the last two years is there any chance at all of any laws passing out of Congress and to the President? Would the Party of No become complete and block everything?

The rules would need to be changed at the beginning of the Senate session. I don't know if that would even pass.
