Sean Hannity and Jerry Springer Yell at Each Other about Obama

In a segment more befitting his daytime talk show than a primetime cable news one (actually, they're pretty much the same), Jerry Springer squared off with Sean Hannity tonight on President Obama, the economy, health care, and more! Video inside.

To SCABS (He's been crapping on the President for "stepping into" the Islamophobia, yet now demanding that he go to a mosque. And they were sniping at BLOOMBERG for his calling out the wingnuts who fabricated the "crisis":

You irresponsible yakkers carp and do traitorous revisionism, making the country ungovernable. BLOOMBERG is the most indicated official to be involved in cleaning up the wingnut Islamophobia and has been outstanding both on the tolerance side and now pointing at the Islamophobes. Now you want the President to go to a mosque while at the same time you have daily jerked him around for stepping in to begin with. You will be jerking him around no matter what he does. And your revisionism and so-called "nostalgia" for the BUSHes is high absurdity. Shrub is the one who used the word "crusade" so ignorantly. Poppy was out of touch forever and is not "dignified" JUST OLD. MEACHAM and HALPERIN needed to join the combat Army instead of telling other people what to do.

2. I kind of like how Jerry put it out there that Obama has had 2 years to fix
the mess the republiturds created. Btw, didn't the housing bubble burst in 2008?

4. I guess Jerry thinks the health care reform law includes
universal, single payer health care for the US.

I guess Jerry thinks the banks are actually solvent.

I guess Jerry thinks a liberal/progressive won the last presidential election.

I guess Jerry is ALMOST as wrong as "Sean the Shithead".

I guess it could be worse with a real republican as presinut but not so much that you would notice.

5. Acknowledging the criticisms, I submit that we need Dem candidates with carnival barker skills
What made an empty headed RAYGUN succeed (in the "winning" sense, not concretely): Training from the studio in SKILLS of diction, working the cameras, memorization.

Our Dem politicians fall prey to discounting the SKILLS as superficial. Even Barney FRANK, who has a big personality showed himself flat and SCARED and humorless facing Kathy GRIFFEN.

SPRINGER not only has the skills, he has a HUMANE world view. I am aware of the scandal in his history. I'm talking skills and personality for being a successful candidate.

Another carnival barker: Tom BERGERON, and I don't know his politics, but somebody who RELATES to us Great Unwashed the way he does surely can't be a wingnut. He started out as a street performer.

I know I'm talking packaging here, not policy, but we need success FIRST. We can have all the conscientious, noble candidates who LOSE all we want, but these (by LOSING) will NOT get a shot at promulgating the policies we want.

6. You're correct.
I think Alan Grayson has the whole package. Howard Dean's not bad either, usually.

People won't care how smart or analytical you are if you don't speak plainly and with hooks - they'll just tune you out. Too many competing messages out there. Maybe the reasons why people listen to who is mostly for the wrong reasons, but those are the people who need to be reached the most urgently.
