to do this Correctly."

Sheldon Whitehouse says it could get tied up in the courts, because Rove won't release EMail unless there are "others" who will release what Rove Sent about USAttorney firings and the stuff that went on with Comey/Asscroft. Diane Finestein says..."Patience" because what went on will be revealed but we aren't going to ask Senator Dominici about "his role" in this whole thing.

So...what I heard was that Sheldon Whitehouse (a Freshman Dem and former Prosecutor) says Dems can't do much because the Clinton Impeachment make everyone "very cautious" and all investigations could get "stalled in the court system." (Whitehorse knows what he's talking about because since the 90's and through Bush the Falwell Wing of the Repug Party along with Rove have been STACKING THE COURTS WITH BUSH BOTS...and Whitehorse is honest enough to know that because of this ...and Clinton Impeachment WE DEMS will never get an "honest/fair" hearing in the Bush Stacked Courts.

The more interesting view was from DI-FI whose husband is an "arms merchant" who sells to the Pentagon who seemed more full of "spine" than Whitehorse who seemed to have given up...thinking Rove won't release EMail and that Repugs are "winding out the clock."

Di-Fi seemed to say...that things are "moving along" and there are "many questions" and I felt that maybe her Hubby and She are now looking BEYOND THE BUSHIES and might move to go against them.

Just My Humble Opinion....but Tweety on his Meds was a pretty good show tonight and WORTH THE WATCH on the REPEAT...but the REPEAT is often Censored by Jack Welch up in Nantucket so the "FIRST RUN/VIEW" of
"Tweety on his Corporate Meds is often the best! :eyes:

ACTUALLY...I've never figured out if Tweety is Pro Dem when he's "ON HIS MEDS" as opposed to Tweety when he's "OFF HIS MEDS." I'm just betting that "On his Meds" makes him more "Pro-Dem" because his thinking is "more coherant."

Whatever...his "Early Show" was VERY INTERESTING...if you caught it~

2. My post might have been unclear. IOW'D's Dems don't have stomach for another IMPEACHMENT
because of the Repug Circus over Clinton. Whitehorse said that he's been told that AMERICAN PEOPLE were so ANGRY over Clinton Impeachment that neither Dems nor Repugs have an appetite for ANOTHER ONE!

He was CLEARLY DISTRESSED OVER THIS! But, it was what he was told (I assume by Harry Reid the legacy of Tom (wring your hands in pain..but do nothing) Daschle...since Reid was Daschiel's "second in command."

 Anyway...Sheldon Whitehorse (new Freshman Senator) was READ THE RIOT ACT by REID AND OTHERS TO "Lay Low!"

Sad.

3. It's Going To Court Anyway
It's part of this regime's attempts to play out the clock, and may just work. There's precious little that can be done while the wheels of justice turn other than to keep the pressure on this regime as these court cases could be a very big liability to the GOOP next year.

I'll listen to the words of Senator Leahy and Schummer or Congressman Conyers or Waxman as to what or what can't be done. They appear to be moving straigh ahead with investigations and pushing this regime into a box. I see a very interesting dynamic now starting to play. The DOJ scandal has now both compromised and polarized the Justice Department. One one side are the career prosecutors like the Comeys, Fitzgeralds, Igelsias who are becoming the heros of this story and emboldening those still inside the Department to resist the politicization. If anything, these people will work hard to root out the partisans and help crack this case open and then prosecute it. It's just as stupid as this regime pissing the CIA rank and file off that has led to the complete debunking of the boooosh regime's invasion claims.

If anything, I wouldn't mind some of this crap dragging on past the last day of this asshat's term...thus preventing him from doing massive pardons at the last minute. The Democrats should hold off on pushing for the indictments until this regime is out and can't hide behind executive privilidge or pardon its way out of its criminality.
