The language of violence used against.....
Edited on Sun Aug-29-10 12:59 PM by Aviation Pro
...the fucking teabagging movement.

These moronic shitstains inspire such vitriol with their racist, anti-American flame throwing it becomes difficult to contain the wellspring of hatred that I feel for this hand-puppet group of oxygen thieves. Their vapid stupidity and ignorance blind them - as in they willingly thrust red-hot pokers into their corneas and then sew buttons onto their dead sockets - from recognizing that they are being controlled by forces that would use them as grease to lube the cogs of the fascist corporate interests that play to their every misguided fucking fear (yeah, I'm talking about you, Koch brothers, you cancerous duo who will drop straight into the maw of Hell for their well deserved rendering).

So, if one feels distress over the use of violent terms such as motherfucker, asshat, assclown, fuckwit, etc. note that this is what these racist frothers use in their seditious, traitorous gatherings and only mask it when the whores of the media turn their cameras on.

War is on for the soul of this nation, the soul defined by our founding fathers.

1. Don't let these people get to you.
I was in that place too recently, just mad mad mad, but I realized it was only screwing me up. Smell the roses and enjoy life. They are not worth it.

2. Those roses will be trampled....
...to make way for a toxic waste dump if these motherfuckers get their way in November.

Now is not the time for rest.

3. Obviously we must work hard to prevent their control of government
But keep emotions constructive not destructive. I'm fighting to do that too. My natural reaction is to take offense.

4. now is not the time for rest. but neither is it
the time to keel over from a heart attack either.

Work on the folks that you can. Point out the good, and there has been plenty, about the Obama administration. Hell, bring up the shrub when you need to, but mainly rely on facts.

You have got to believe that the great majority of Americans see through the spiels of bachman/beck/limpballs/palin and the rest, because they do. It seems that the squeeky wheel is getting all the grease at this time, but we have made huge steps towards making our nation work for all.

Remember to ask anyone that is dissing the program, what rights are being violated?, what was the recourse aside from TARP?, what would you do to create jobs since 8 years of cuttng the richest' taxes didn't work? Are we leaving Iraq? Did you want the president to listen to his generals? But, when it gets right down to the dirty and you can't make any headway with the dumb basses, Ask them "how long do you think palin/mccain would have lasted with all this crap going on?"

Peace

6. And new flowers will sprout elsewhere. My right-wing "friends" seem happy
just trying to drive me nuts.

Besides, Glen Beck and teabaggers are just the tip of the iceberg. This country has systemic problems. Fight them, but they win if we go crazy.

5. I assume that you're referring to a thread posted this morning.
I can't seem to find it any longer, so I'm guessing that it was deleted.

Here's how I see it: The English language is capable of expressing anything without ever using the word motherfucker. It is also capable of criticizing anything without suggestions that anyone stick a gun up their butt and pull the trigger.

If that's the thread you're talking about, then I'm glad it's gone. We should be better than that. We should be able to express our intense dislike for the actions of the right without resorting to the language of the right. Every thread title on this discussion forum hits the top of a Google search for the key words in that title. DU is very, very visible when people search for things.

If that thread was deleted, which I suspect, then you're just bringing it back up again.

Thanks for couching your anger in more acceptable terms.
