4. Cenk
Edited on Tue Aug-31-10 03:48 PM by LatteLibertine
was definitely on with this issue. Wish the Democrats went after the Republicans like that :)

SS is broke because it was robbed, straight up. Endless wars = war profiteering. How is sending military folks somewhere to die for that, "respecting them"?

BTW MSNBC should hire Cenk!

22. I have finally stopped to even remember that show.
Mourning Joe is grating and makes me spit yogurt on the screen. But the Empty Sweater does me in.
I cannot even call her a "sister", my personal worst insult for a fellow woman.

He was considered an empty suit by everyone back then...

doesn't let these GOPers get away with any BS - he destroys their talking points.

15. Righteous anger! Screw 7-8 Give me three full hours of TYT
And which rock has this evil douchebag has this asshole puke been hiding under to avoid any and every opponent getting money bomb warchests every two years until he is run out on a rail?

Ohio produces some smarmy ass establishment pukes, don't they?

We need some representation from the bottom 50-75%, smirky wanna be golf stars from the silver spoon set or who "married well" are not generally capable of relating to the issues and needs of most people.

New Rule: No votes for smirky douchebags. Anyone who smirks over a quarter of the time is probably evil, there may be exceptions but history says they aren't worth the risk.

The odd smirker may not be the devil in the flesh but I'm hard pressed to think of one that was of much benefit in decades at least.

18. But it's soooo hard to do that!
I mean, a commentator would have to have, like, facts and stuff, and know them before his or her guest came on. You can hardly expect people pulling down the kind of salaries that the talking chuckleheads have and expect them to know stuff, too! It's hard work. Besides, if you start knowing facts, sooner or later you're going to use one inappropriately, and you might not get invited to the next cocktail party. And what's worse: A bunch of old people being impoverished, or missing out on trading bon mots with John Boehner?

21. Release the Kraken!
Holy crap, that was as strong as I have ever seen Cenk go. The whole show today was crazy. Cenk was on a rampage. That whole presidential address was spot on and then he basically gave every guest he had on a hard time. This is what real political commentary is like. Makes everyone else on all of cable news look so weak and tame.
