In all the discussion of continuing funding of the Iraq debacle, it's truly amazing that nobody in Congress seems to have an issue with the fact that the war is being paid for exclusively with borrowed money. If they're going to throw hundreds of billions more at this, then they better damn well raise taxes to pay for it. If they don't believe that Americans are willing to make this sacrifice, then they have no business continuing the funding.
