So if y'all hear about some crazy lady screaming and crashing her cute little fuel efficient Mazda on a freeway in Los Angeles cuz she was shaking her fist in the air and her pudgy cheeks covered her eyes (as they oft want to do whilst smiling, yelling, etc), effectively blinding her at a most inopportune moment... that would be me:)
Or... not!

Mission Accomplished Speech. I almost went off the bridge over H-1...
That was the LAST speech I listened to from Bush. The rest I read.
If this is necessary, wait for the transcript.

And weren't maimed.
Or didn't have their loved ones killed or maimed.
Or had the homes destroyed.
Or became refugees.
Or live in fear of sectarian violence.

He said the combat troops would be out. They're out.
Transitional troops are still there, but they will leave at the end of next year.
I think this is a momentous day. A formal end to the Iraq war.
