long before that, even, the oil will become so difficult to extract that people will have to find some other way to fuck up their own environment--but I guess that could be seen as an end to this shit too. In a sense.

7. It won't be the difficulty to extract. It will be the cost that

stops the flow of oil. Eventually it will be cheaper to use other forms of power in place of oil, gas, and diesel. When that day arrives it will be the end of oil production on a massive scale.
