Greenwald warns Democrats: some Republicans now to the left of Obama on gay marriage |
|
Glenn Greenwald, strong advocate of gay rights and gay himself, warns Democrats that they should support gay marriage more strongly or risk losing support among this group, as some Republicans are now even to the left of the President itself on the issue, citing this Huffington Post article by Sam Stein: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/09/01/obama-should-feel-uncomfo_n_701940.htmlhttp://www.salon.com/news/opinion/glenn_greenwald/2010/09/02/parties/index.html

3. And yet, no one can name a single republican elected to federal office who is. |
|
If there is one, I'd like to know who.

You and your three Republican buddies will have a great time trying to convince your other comrades who would rather see you shot than give you your equal rights to join your side. "Some" does not in any way constitute a movement, nor should it be taken as anything other than "some".
In the meantime, kindly go fuck yourself under the rock from whence you came.
