4. At DU we use CAPTIONing as a verb, that is the quote is creative BUT

we often try to channel the essence of the person, what he or she would have said without a filter that tells them their hypocrisy (as here) or stupidity or rapacity or whatever is on display too obviously. Thus, the quotation is in a way more true that his literal words.

(I'd read where he was saying "This doesn't feel like America anymore" and wrote the rest. The scary part is, I can ALMOST imagine him being this blatantly racist. Of course, the fact that it is utterly outrageous yet we can almost believe he said it, is part of the humor as well.)
