The more I think about Alan Simpson the more I struggle
to remember not to let my anger cause me to say something really horrible. I want to go down this road of wishing really bad things on him, but the part of me that says not to keeps it in check. I don't know how much longer I can win this battle and I have to say if Obama doesn't put him out of our misery I don't know how long we can resist giving in.

Simpson has insulted so many, so fast, and without anything worse than having to make a quarter hearted apology.

President Obama get rid of this guy because Sir, he has well earned it. Please Mr. President stand up for the senior citizens, veterans and all that he has insulted beyond acceptable reason because he is poison and such as him has no value to our nation.

1. At any job I've ever worked--including 3rd shift at a 7-11 in south Austin
I'd have been fired for making a public statement like those that Simpson has made.

2. Shirley Sherrod was fired immediately based on rumor and lies.
Alan Simpson and Rahmbo get away with horrible statements. What gives?

3. I'm waiting for a senior volunteer I work with to bring the cat food
commission up. Eventually she will. She'll be for cuts as long as she's grandfathered in.
I'm going to insist that any cuts will have to include everyone and take effect immediately. This should get her really riled up.
I'll point out that retired people voted for what they thought helped them financially all their lives and are the most responsible for the mess we are in. There's no way they should get away unscathed.
It's people like her that need to be afraid of letting the Republicans back in the most. I'll help her out there.

5. I copied and pasted this in an email to the White House
I hope they read it which I was informed they do. I would be honored if any of you that would like to send this OP to the white house to do so.
