The koch suckur brothers give $1M to back Proposition 23!
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Oil billionaires David and Charles Koch have jumped on board an effort to suspend California's global warming law by making a million-dollar contribution this week.

2. Rule #1: If it's funded by an industry, or a corporation, vote No
PG&E tried the same thing with Prop 16 (no more public power) on the June ballot. It failed 3 to 1 in their service area, offsetting the votes they bough in SoCal.

5. Doubtfull that the Koch brothers will donate their fortunes to charity like Bill Gates and Buffet
have done. I wonder what they will spend the extra money on that they will make when the US goes libertarian. Perhaps they'll buy more rose bushes or something. Anyone know what the Koch brothers need to buy that they can't right now?
