Chavez demands strategic turn in creation of communes

Caracas, 06 Sep. AVN .- The President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez demanded his cabinet a generalized reform in the way communes are being created, during an act to inaugurate a milk processing plant the Socialist Production Unit Campaña Admirable this Sunday in Tachira state (Venezuela's west).

In this regard, Chavez put out as an example the participation of the ministries of Education; Public Banking; and Commerce to plan and create infrastructure that allows communes' inhabitants to study, manage their finances, make their shopping in socialist grocery stores and build their own social production companies in which people can work.
