The ranking of the top priority host economies for FDI shows some changes compared to that in last year’s WIPS (UNCTAD 2009). China is at the top of the list, followed by India, Brazil, the United States and the Russian Federation. For the first time, the four major emerging markets – China, India, Brazil and the Russian Federation – all ranked among the top five investment destinations.

3. Wait, wait...that's IMPOSSIBLE!!
Corporate tax rates are lower than they have been for DECADES! This means that we must lower taxes more because that fixes EVERYTHING!
