Happy Labor Day! Soon we will be losing Labor Day, along with many things we take for granted now. |
|
Social Security, Unemployment Insurance and Public Schools.
My prediction is one decade from now, SS will be shut down, You will be given a 'voucher' for school - which will cover 10% of the total cost. If you lose your job - too bad. Try getting another one - maybe you should move to Pune or Beijing.
Oh but guns, they'll be all over the place. Teens carrying them, families carrying them, everyone carrying guns. It will be the most expensive thing most families own - because without one, one decade from now, you'll be dead meat.
Every day an Ayn Rand survival of the meanest.
Enjoy!

But I see major Republican victories - and god knows, that would be their dream scenario.
And once they win the prize, they won't stop with just our Social Security - no that will just whet their appetite for anything they can steal.

and the end of the American Empire, and the breakup of the US into five to seven successor states.
So in some places you will have to carry a bible with you and perish any thought about mentioning any sciency stuff.
But that is just me.
Oh and as to jacking... it is coming... thirty years at most, fer real.

At least California can seize its destiny early
We'll be in a state of perpetual war with the Republic of Texas however.

Yes that thing from Brewer still has me chuckling.
On a serious note I do expect that, and I just hope it is peaceful...
