Make Labor Day meaningful. Kiss a union member. |

Because of their solidarity and sacrifice, everything that you take for granted in your lifestyle is possible.

When my husband gets back, I will give him a big kiss. He just left to set up a press for a print job that needs to be run this week. He will be back in about four hours. He can't even get the whole weekend off for Labor Day. But he gets double time and a half for this, eight hour days, paid holidays, vacations, overtime, etc., etc.
Thank unions for all of that!

was a union printer for the first half of his life. I learned what I know about work and duty and responsibility from him.
