Democrats not being quite as bad as pubs in re irresponsible fiscal policies, unfair tax policies,
war-mongering, cozying up to Wall Street and the oil and health-care industries, deregulating the financial industry concomitant with a laizze-faire approach to governance, promoting burgeoning income inequality and concentration of wealth among the precious few, eroding the standard of living and safely net, destroying the economy and jobs at home, quashing much of the Bill of Rights and rule of law, and all the rest is just plainly not good enough: what we need is a fresh NEW DEAL to rid this nation of all the most wretched policies, laws, and actions foisted upon Americans since the gipper unleashed his brand of trickle-down voodoo economics upon us bringing us to where we are now. :)

1. The New Deal.
Was a best attempt in a flawed society to correct issues of imbalance in the system.

It is not a spiritual deal.

The spiritual deal is when some exploit bugs in the system to horde wealth for themselves.

And the administrators are pissed.

Was going to write a story on that....

2. Tom Hartman mentioned something similar today....
He was talking about the Repukes bad behavior.. how they get away with union busting, low wages, off shoring, and deregulation. He says they can get away with it because they build a "consensus of opinion", and the sheeple follow because the consensus prevails.

He used the example of France.. where they recently tried to raise the retirement age from 60 to 62. It caused a national workers strike. Unlike American workers who just roll over and accept it.

I think the American people are getting angry enough.. (and hungry enough) something might change. I don't think the masses are going to be so eager to accept the consenus in the future.

The Repukes goal is to keep the masses chasing their own tail.. instead of focusing on the actual perpetrators. They will continue to control the talking points and hijack any meaningful discussion , by using saturation news coverage of: abortion, Mosques at ground zero, Koran burning and Glenn Beck.

I hope the people have finally started to see through it all.
