Johnson Mulls Run for President
Who, you might ask? Yup, I never heard of him before either, but you heard it here first! :patriot:

Johnson Mulls Run for President

Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson (R) is exploring a presidential bid even though he knows most people have never heard of him, the AP reports.

Said Johnson: "There are two courses of action. One would be to do nothing and the other would be to burn some shoe leather and see what happens. I'm burning some shoe leather."

Johnson supports slashing government spending, including big cuts to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, but also defense spending. He also supports legalizing marijuana, expanding legal immigration and legalizing civil unions for gays and lesbians.

2. The GOP white hope
This is what the GOP will do, they will bring someone no one has ever heard of and make them an overnight star. There is virtually nothing on this guy and no one can run against him.

But their base will vote for him regardless, the racist will vote for him just because. And the trolls will eat away at the rest trying to get enough support that they could conceivably steal an election AGAIN as the number would be close enough to give plausibility to the win.

4. I don't think so; look at what he supports. That won't fly
with the gop. Legalizing weed, supporting gays, cutting war spending? The absolute horror!

7. I saw him on RAGBRAI this summer
He came and gave a short speech after riding his bike on the ride that afternoon. He had a band that opened for him. Mainly Libertarian type stuff, legalize pot, civil unions. I lasted a few minutes, left - was actually hoping there was a shower in the golf course clubhouse he spoke in. There wasn't.

9. Gee there is going to be so many republicans they will need
a football field to hold the candidates in a debate. Remember how the MSM made fun of the fact about a lot of Democrats wanting to run in 2008 and that there were as many republicans but they didn't say anything. Well with the unbelievable crowd this time they will defiantly have to bring it to our attention.
