Compromise: How about just copying then deleting 1,000 pdfs of the Quran?
There is, or used to be, a website encouraging people to burn the American flag. The site included printable graphics of flags so that if you didn't have a flag to burn you could print one out and then burn it.

I think a site where people could download a pdf of the Quaran and then delete it from their computer after downloading would be the most effective way to destroy a LOT of Quarans in an environmentally friendly way.

(I am assuming that the Quaran is revered for the ideas expressed in sequences of letters that it contains, not for the quality of the binding or end-papers of a particular edition.)

Granted, my solution wouldn't have the desired Nazi night-rally quality the Quaran burning sect desires...

2. Yes, gather the crowd in front of a giant LCD screen
Drag the item to the trash/recycle bin. Click empty.

No fuss, no muss.

6. Is it sacrilege to empty your browser cache after you visit that site?
Has anyone made a ruling on that?
