Just two thoughts I had yesterday. Mind you, I DO NOT think of Islam or those who practice it as "the enemy". I just wondered if he could be charged with that.
(Again, for those of you not paying attention, I DO NOT think of Islam or those who practice it as "the enemy".)

It's kind of a stretch - and unlikely, but I suppose theoretically possible.
He won't be though - the people who are most likely to take that step are kind of sypathetic to his cause; they might think he's an extremist or an idiot but they can see where he's coming from.
