Planned Quran burning 'a publicist's dream,' says Wesley Clark.
Retired four-star U.S. Army Gen. Wesley Clark said the media should quit paying attention to a pastor in Florida who is planning to burn the Quran. . .

“This whole thing is a publicist’s dream,” Clark said, when asked about the controversy following a news conference with Sparks. “A man with a church of 50 members gets worldwide publicity? And he just keeps feeding it. This is the kind of issue that should have been handled by a phone call before it made national news.”

1. It must be frustrating at times...
To be the voice of reason in this ugly world. Probably very painful as well.

4. I suspect that it is frustrating for Wes Clark, Juniper;
it is indeed painful for his supporters.

3. Fred Phelps and the Westboro people have to be gnashing their teeth
The popular media long ago realized what a bunch of attention whores the "God hates fags" people at Westboro Baptist are, and quit giving them the time of day for the most part. Looks like they're going to have to learn the same tired lesson when it comes to Terry Jones and the attention whores at Dove World Outreach.
