Is DU Having Technical Problems? The Front Page seems to be frozen in time! |
|
Edited on Fri Sep-10-10 08:12 AM by Better Believe It
The front page "Greatest" and DU Journals are all from three days ago, Tuesday!
Is something wrong with my computer or is it DU?

Looks OK on mine - greatest threads from the last 24 hours, latest news items from 15 minutes ago.

It worked this time. But on three other occasions it didn't.

5. It is not your computer. |
|
I started yesterday, righted itself after a bit, and then again this morning, the same scenario. All seems well at this time.

Some browsers work with cache more than others. Depending upon how I "return" to the front page, it may decide to display the cached version. "back" is an example. If I just go "back" to the front page, it will just redisplay from cache. I have to "reload" to have it update the page. However, if I choose a link that selects the front page, it will download a new one.
