No one had ever heard of the Dove Outreach Center until this book burning debacle, and Jones is only "suspending" his Quran burning plans because he knows that canceling them outright would mean the mics and cameras would disappear.

even he realizes that he has stuck his foot in it big time, and would like to find a "safe" way to get out without looking like he caved in to pressure. I hope that he has been given a way out that is acceptable to him. This was a nightmare scenario.
