You have to love corporate media creative use of headlines. At the news conference, President Obama spoke out in defense of religious pluralism as noted in the article itself. But, the title to the article is designed to suggest that President Obama has some sort of special affinity for Muslims and the quotes do not include President's Obama's statement that he is a Christian.
